Drink of the Week
Mara Amu
1/2oz light rum
1/2oz dark rum
1/2oz gold anejo rum
3/4oz grapefruit juice
3/4oz orange juice
3/4oz passion fruit syrup
squeeze of lime
Toss everything in a blender, add 1 cup of crushed ice and hit the button. Blend well and pour into tall glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and maraschino cherry.

French Polynesia
1oz dark rum
1oz light rum
2oz lychee juice
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2oz Grand Marnier
Dash Angostura bitters
Toss everything in a blender and hit the button. Blend well and pour into tall glass. Garnish with fruit and a flower. Try to use fresh pineapple spears for garnish.

1/2oz lime juice
1/4oz grenadine
1/2oz Hawaiian punch
1 1/2oz Puerta Rican light rum
Dash Angostura bitters
Toss everything in a blender with 6oz crushed ice or 12 ice cubes. Blend well and pour into tall glass. Garnish with fruit and a flower. We suggest orange rings, cherries and orchids.

Aloha and Mahalo for making the Zen Tiki Lounge so much fun. Pumpkin is afraid for her life now that she knows her Tivo is stalking her. It started sweet and innocent but the tension is mounting. 1/4oz honey cream mix
2oz bacardi light rum
