Banana Cream Pie Cocktail

Order a banana cocktail at your local watering hole or bar and you will most likely end up with an overly sweet nightmare.  But not this drink.  The banana flavor is not too strong because no artificial flavors are added.  Just real fruit, cream and a good natural banana flavored rum.  Try your own variations of this drink.  Sautee the banana slices, caramelize the brown sugar, make fresh whipped cream.  Maybe add a little coconut rum as well.  You can substitute coconut half and half for the dairy to keep this drink vegan.  Cheers!
