If you are going to serve champagne in a tiki bar it might as well be a champagne cocktail that pairs fruit and nuts along with edible flowers. A Reason To Celebrate may happen at a time least expected. Like maybe the supreme court will rule that all people in America are entitled to be married to another legal adult if they so choose? Sounds good to us.

3/4 ounce Blackberry Liquor

1/2 ounce Hazelnut Liquor

Top with a medium dry champagne like Cava or any sparkling that isn't Brut

Add liquors to a chilled champagne glass. Top with very cold champagne and garnish with fresh blackberries and edible flowers. Find the nearest person and tip your glass to celebrate.
